Meet Miranda Friedman
Miranda Friedman, LCSW, is a dedicated mental health counselor and licensed clinical social worker. With both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. Redbud Counseling was established in 2018 and has served individual and family counseling needs in Norman, Moore, and Noble areas.
At Redbud Counseling, we are dedicated to fostering healing and growth in individuals facing life's challenges. With a compassionate approach, We provide a safe space for exploration and healing, utilizing evidence-based practices to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Together, we'll navigate difficulties, develop coping strategies, and cultivate self-awareness for a more fulfilling life.
Anger management, depression, anxiety, grief/loss are issues we have experience in treating. Client centered, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapies are effective ways to manage feelings and emotions.
